PureVision® 2 HD for Presbyopia (Multifocal) 3 lenses

PureVision® 2 HD for Presbyopia are monthly lenses designed to correct presbyopia, also known as age-related farsightedness. They were created by one of the leading contact lens manufacturers - Bausch & Lomb.

Enhanced optics - the lenses feature enhanced optics, ensuring sharp and clear vision on multiple planes - both near and far.

Innovative structure - each lens is ultra-thin, eliminating the sensation of a foreign body in the eye, and also reducing the risk of infection due to less contact with the eyelid.

High oxygen permeability - not only are the lenses very thin, but they also have increased permeability, delivering a large amount of oxygen to the eye and preventing both drying and irritation.

Blister with moisturizing fluid - each lens is placed in a blister filled with high-quality moisturizing fluid, allowing for the long-term maintenance of their unique and valuable properties.

 

No need for additional care - you can use one pair of lenses for up to a month without the need to place them in a care solution each time. Just opt for continuous wear.

Characteristics of PureVision® 2 for Presbyopia lenses:

To create PureVision 2 HD for Presbyopia lenses, manufacturers used the Balafilcon A material with a high degree of hydration. These lenses are also equipped with enhanced optics called 3-Zone Progressive Design, allowing for perfect vision simultaneously at close, intermediate, and far distances. The use of ComfortMoist technology enabled a thinner lens construction, ensuring better interaction of the contact lens with the eyelids and protecting the eyes from irritation. Additionally, PureVision 2 HD for Presbyopia provides the cornea with constant access to air, thanks to high oxygen permeability (Dk/t equal to 130). The Dk/t oxygenation level of 130 is higher than most monthly progressive lenses.

Wearing mode and care

They can be worn for 30 days in daily, continuous, or mixed modes. However, it should be remembered that in the case of daily and mixed use, the lenses should be cleaned and placed in a care solution after removal and before reapplication.
