Biofinity® Toric lenses are monthly toric lenses offered by the popular contact lens manufacturer - Cooper Vision.

Latest generation lenses - made from an innovative silicone hydrogel material and characterized by an ultra-thin and flexible structure.

For astigmatism - lenses designed for astigmatism correction. Specifically designed for this vision defect, they have been enhanced with an additional stabilization system and a higher degree of hydration.

Additional stabilization system - thanks to it, the lenses quickly adapt to the shape and individual parameters of the eye and remain stable on its surface throughout the wearing period. No folding or falling out.

Beneficial oxidative properties - enriching each lens with a silicone monomer has allowed for extremely beneficial oxidative properties, ensuring the cornea has constant access to oxygen, making the eyes healthier and less prone to infections.

Continuous mode - you can use one pair of lenses for the entire month, but in continuous mode (without removing at night) they can be worn for a maximum of 7 days and 6 nights. After this period, they should be removed, cleaned, and stored in a care solution.

Aquaform Comfort Science Material - thanks to it, Biofinity Toric lenses are characterized by velvety softness, smoothness, and an ideal degree of hydration. This is directly related to the high comfort of both lens application and long-term use.

Characteristics of Biofinity® Toric lenses:

Biofinity® Toric are the latest generation toric lenses made from silicone hydrogel material - Comifilcon A. Like other lenses in the Biofinity family, they are manufactured using Aquaform Comfort Science material technology, which directly influences the lenses being soft, silky, and perfectly hydrated. The silicone monomer used excellently transmits oxygen. Meanwhile, the hydrophilic and silicone components allowed for a perfectly hydrated material that evenly retains water throughout the lens.

The modernity of Biofinity® Toric lenses is also evident in that they break the inverse proportionality rule of hydration to oxygen permeability. Previously, increasing hydration generally resulted in decreased oxygen permeability. In the case of these lenses, greater hydration did not worsen the oxygen permeability index.

Toric lenses, to ensure clear vision, must be stable on the eye. Biofinity® Toric lenses are equipped with a special stabilization system, allowing them to adapt to the eye extremely quickly and remain in a stable position throughout their use.

Biofinity® Toric contact lenses are also often marketed under the trade names Eyeoxy Duality Toroidal, Ultraflex Premier Toric, Medivue Premier Toric, and iWear Oxygen Astigmatism (previously IWear XR Supreme Toric).

Who are Biofinity® Toric lenses for?

Biofinity® Toric lenses are intended for astigmatism sufferers who value the convenience and comfort of monthly lens replacement. They can be worn in continuous mode, but only for a period not exceeding 7 days and 6 nights, as recommended by the manufacturer. Afterward, they should be removed and stored in an appropriate solution before the next use. This safe usage time helps minimize the risk of infections and irritations.

Additionally, they should be used by people who:

• want to remain active despite astigmatism and not worry about the limitations imposed by corrective glasses,
• prioritize high comfort in lens use,
• have trouble with dry eyes.

Lens care:

Biofinity® Toric lenses can be worn for a month, but in continuous mode (without removing at night) for a maximum of 7 days and 6 nights. After this period, they should be removed, cleaned with a special solution, and stored in a container with the solution for at least a few hours before the next use.
