New generation product - the ACUVUE® RevitaLens® care solution is characterized by a modern formula and an improved composition, based on components that are completely safe for human vision. It is effective, yet gentle on the eyes.

Biocompatible with human vision - by choosing to use the ACUVUE® RevitaLens® care solution, you don't have to worry about allergic reactions. The preparation is completely biocompatible with the eyeball, thus natural for vision and neutral in action.

Effective disinfection - the action of the preparation is based on two disinfecting components that form a whole lethal to bacteria and other dangerous microorganisms. In this way, the solution protects the eyes from dangerous infections.

Antibacterial protection - not only does the care solution eliminate bacteria and germs, but it also creates a kind of protective coating on the lenses, reducing the susceptibility of contact lenses to the accumulation of dangerous microorganisms.

Thorough cleaning - the carefully developed formula eliminates over 90% of organic impurities, such as protein deposits and lipids. As a result, there is no problem of a foreign body sensation in the eye during lens use, and vision is clear.

Safe storage - one of the basic functions offered by the care solution is the ability to safely store planned replacement lenses in it for many hours. Lenses immersed in it do not come into contact with germs and do not lose their valuable properties.

Characteristics of ACUVUE® RevitaLens®:

ACUVUE® RevitaLens® produced by Abbott Medical Optics Inc., contains a system built from two corresponding disinfecting components, as well as an element that combines them into a uniform whole. Thanks to such a chemical structure, the ACUVUE® RevitaLens® solution shows high effectiveness in cleaning, caring for, and disinfecting silicone-hydrogel lenses, as well as conventional ones, while maintaining user comfort. The disinfecting substances present in the composition (alexidine dihydrochloride and polyquaternium-1) are completely compatible with the chelating agent EDTA and the buffering component, making it possible to obtain a solution that meets the requirements set for all technologically advanced care solutions.

The ACUVUE® RevitaLens® solution is completely biocompatible with the eyeball, does not cause allergic reactions, and does not irritate. The carefully designed formula ensures the precise removal of 85% of proteins and lipids accumulating on the lens surface and microorganisms resistant to some care solutions available on the market, such as Acanthamoeba.

ACUVUE® RevitaLens® removes 99.99% of bacteria and fungi from the lens surface, which indicates impressive disinfecting effectiveness, and also provides long-lasting antibacterial protection. It does not lose efficiency even in unfavorable conditions and is completely compatible with other materials used in the production of soft contact lenses. The effects of its action were confirmed during three-month studies, where high comfort of contact lens use was noted, as the composition of the ACUVUE® RevitaLens® solution was developed to minimize the risk of corneal staining, eye irritation, or other side effects. Thanks to the use of the new ACUVUE® RevitaLens®, eye and lens care becomes much simpler.
